Home at last ….
Nevada is kind of a strange place. It’s mostly desert, and it’s mostly deserted. Plus it carries the stigma of the Groom Lake/Area 51 business, and that lends itself to all kinds of lunacy and harmless crackpottery. (That having been said, the government guys around Area 51 itself are very, very serious people, and it’s probably best not to screw around too much with them.) And as is the case in any desert, there’s harshness and beauty to be found everywhere.
